If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re more than happy to help you.

Twenty Four Carrots offers a refund guarantee on all Twenty Four Carrots products.

 

Return unopened items within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund of original purchase price. Please contact us at cookies@twentyfourc.com for a return shipping label (tax, shipping charges or applied discount codes will not be refunded). 

For opened items, please contact us at cookies@twentyfourc.com with your order number and the reason for refund and we will refund  the full amount (minus tax and shipping fee).

REFUNDS

Once we have received your item, we will let you know the status of your refund as soon as possible.
We will refund it to the original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in a number of days.

SHIPPING

The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
