Here at Twenty Four Carrots, our customers are the most important part of our operation, and our team will do whatever it takes to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, contact us at 805-600-2065 or email cookies@twentyfourc.com for a replacement or refund, subject to the following Product Refund Policy.

 

Product Refund Policy

 

Except as otherwise specified by Twenty Four Carrots in the product description on the product page or stated during the checkout process for non-refundable bulk items, a 90-day money-back guarantee is offered on all Twenty Four Carrots products. All purchases made on our website are eligible for refunds within 90 days of the order date. In order to request a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation number). Refunds are issued for the product cost only and do not include a refund of shipping charges.

 

If your order has not yet shipped and you request a cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

 

Subscription Orders: Customers are responsible for managing or canceling their subscriptions prior to the next scheduled billing and shipment date. While we will always do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, subscription orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled. Because our shipping and customer service departments operate independently, it is possible for a subscription order to leave our facility before a same-day cancellation request is reviewed.

 

In these cases, the order is no longer eligible for a full cancellation refund. If you no longer wish to keep the product, please contact us after delivery and we will gladly assist you with a return in accordance with our refund policy.

 

Repeat purchases are ineligible for refund. Customers who have received a refund for a specific product are not eligible to request a refund for that same product again. This policy is in place to prevent misuse of our refund system.
